The Down Hole Oil Hose is used in conjunction with a well production system, offering a revolutionary one piece hose assembly encased in a corrosion resistant outer thermoplastic cover. The corrosion resistant cover protects the inner hose and electrical wiring system that supplies power to a submersible pump.
The ESP power cable and the stainless steel tension cable are integrated into the umbilical by means of a thermoplastic cover, allowing one person deployment at depths to 1,000 feet. The Down Hole Oil Hose can reduce system deployment labor cost by up to 95% of a traditional pump jack system. Many turnkey installations can be completed within 20 minutes.
Utilizing a down hole hose within a submersible pumping system is projected to pay for itself in less than 3 years. Reduced maintenance, elimination of workover rig, reduced deployment cost and no chemical treatments required for corrosion all add up to a better solution and faster returns. Fluid moving costs are over 50% less than with a traditional beam pump in high volume applications.
